File SP18-042 Lake Pre-Mix Site Plan Application
Lake Pre-mix INC. is requesting Site Plan approval to develop an industrial zoned, 3.3 acre site with a Concrete Ready Mix facility as is allowed in the industrial district by Ponderay City Code. The proposed use will occur in a newly constructed facility on previously vacant property. The property is located on McNearney road, in Section 2, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian.
Project is Scheduled for Planning Commission review March 14, 2018
